10 minutes of patience
In a land far away, there lived a king with 12 advisors and a main advisor. On day, this king decided to share with his advisors a very important news. After hearing the king's important news, the advisors couldn't help but crack into laughter as what they thought that what the king had said was utterly ridiculous. This caused the king to become extremely angry and he ordered his main advisor to make the rest of the laughing advisors shut up.
The main advisor said "My lord, it would take me 10 minutes to accomplish this feat."
Puzzled, the King replied "And why would it be so that you would require 10 long minutes to quieten this bunch of laughing advisors? Wouldnt 5 minutes be more than sufficient?"
The main advisor replied " My lord, pardon me but I would like to have 5 minutes to suppress my own laughter before I can stop the rest of the advisors from laughing!"

Stupid bus broke down on the way back home. Pretty irritating actually, for I had to wait for a full 30 mins for a next bus. Fortunately i had frens with me to pass time =]
Physics test was horrible. My heat capacity portion is history lol. The refraction parts werent that bad, but there were too few of them.. Praying for NO failures -.- Then there's this maths selection thing on 31'st Jan for those that are better at maths.. though i can't imagine how i got selected for the selection test.. Not really interested actually, as the selection test is for choosing people to train for SMO and stuffs.
Reading does wonders. Anyone out there reads Darren Shan? Currently searching for Demonata: Slawter.. anyone who has it please lend to me =]

Wings of Night

Anyone read Darren Shan? Its a wonderful series of books recommended to me by a chipmunk that goes by the nickname of Leong Hai Wei =D I think the libraries have them so anyone interested can try searching.. Its an absolutely gob-smacking series that will leave readers stunned from improbable twists and turns in the plot. Read it now, or you'll regret missing out on some seriously wonderful books. And let's say goodbye to those miserable infatuations.
Just got 100+ ayu songs from jhos and about half of them are quite nice.. the rest of the songs provides only massive headaches -__- im planning on getting more songs from guofeng to add to my tiny collection of music =x replaying the same playlist all the time is boorrriinnngg.

Purple horizon
Went to HRC today.. but a miserable turnout of 13 squaddies was totally agonizing. 6 boys includes guofeng, hanqian, wenjie, kahhore, wanglie and me. and guess wad, i got stuck with a forest. -.-'
For those of you who are wondering what exactly HRC is, it stands for High Rope Obstacles! I shall list out the programme list awaiting us at pulau ubin..

This is a challenging game where a large log is set vertically in the ground and you are suppose to climb up using the rungs at the side. When the climber reaches the top, he is suppose to stand up on the flat side of the log. Harder said than done, with the log trembling all the time, and no space to manoeuvre about. After that, we are suppose to leap off from the log onto a hanging rack (you know, those that acrobats use for performance? abit like clothes rack) and from there let go and be lowered down to ground level. One of the best activity, I must say =D

A game where 6 thick logs set parallel to the ground forms a rung of sorts in the air. This game supposedly tests teamwork as climbers scale the logs from the lowest log to the highest log. The only challenging part about this is that the difference in gap between each log increases upwards and for those with short legs and minimal arm power... ^^'

A tunnel game where we are suppose to climb through a tunnel set in the ground. Because of the rain, everyone who went through this got their shoes soaked, not to mention that the tunnel got extremely muddy and slippery from the number of people who went through.
..
and I still don't understand why a tunnel is part of HRC course lol.

Flying Fox! Probably one of the best station in the whole set of games. This is the highest flying fox in the whole of Singapore, with the starting point set at 21 meters from the ground, and the whole duration of the glide approximately 150 meters. When waiting for your turn, you sit on the edge of the 21st storey and recieve a magnificant lookout... of the ground below you. Not to forget that you have to drop off the edge to start the flying fox going too.
P.S The guide told us to advertise this game to you folks out there.
ARC
A rope obstacle around 15 meters from the ground, saps the strength out of the climbers, but otherwise pretty easy to complete. Nothing much here =)
So, thats about all there is to the HRC. Some screams here and there from our squaddies (all girls) when they accidentally fell, but otherwise nothing major occured. Im beat out and tired now gotta grab some sleep soon.

I got a new phone! Its N81 and has many cool functions but WHATEVER. The important fact is that i got a new phone after 2 years of being stuck with a lousy cranky phone =D (And a new bag too. New things naturally comes along with new things =D)
